Option 1)
Upgrade to version 7. We have found that this error is not reported under version 7

Step 1
Open browser > from the Tools menu > Internet Options > Advanced tab > uncheck 'Enable third-party extensions' and press Apply and OK
Step 2
From the Tools menu > Internet Options > Programs tab > press Manage Add-ons button > Disable any add-on that does not have a recognised Publisher
2) I get a message stating that Windows Media Player version 9 or above is required
