CIAC Free Trial

ANNOUNCEMENT: Qcoach.com Ltd is delighted to announce the formation of a strategic partnership with the leading global certification organisation for the worldwide call centre industry

Qcoach.com and the Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC) have concluded a strategic partnership agreement. This includes the use of the Qcoach.com learning platform to deliver the ground breaking CIAC International Customer Representative Certification Program which is being launched on June 16th, 2008 as an initial pilot across the worldwide call centre community. To obtain CIAC's outline of the Program's learning methodology press here. The pilot is open (for a limited period) to any call centre to participate by nominating a sample of its customer representatives to complete the course and if successful gain the CIAC Certification.
